How to inspect
¿What and how to inspect racking?
Among others, the norm UNE 58011 indicates which storage systems have to be inspected:
Adjustable pallet racking.
Shelving systems.
Cantilever.
Drive-In.
Life flow systems.
Multi-tier structures.
Automated warehouses.
Mezzanines.
As long as possible, the inspections will be performed without any disruption of regular operations in the warehouses. The inspector visually checks and applies the procedures according to UNE-EN 15635 and NTP 852:
- Racking components.
- Safety and protection.
- The loading unit.
- Configuration checking according to load warning notices.
